Paresh Rajde ( Founder MD & CEO )
Mr. Paresh Rajde, Chartered Accountant professional with more than 15 years of industry experience began his career in 1991 by setting up his practice and continued for almost a decade. During this period, he was also an Advisor for Online Lotteries to various State Governments viz., Aurnachal Pradesh & Maharashtra. Mr. Rajde joined the Board of Turbo Technologies as the Executive Director spearheading its software services & product development and during this tenure achieved great acclaim for the company. He then moved on to promote the Online Lottery Company, now known as Forbes Infotainment Ltd., part of the Forbes Group and heralded a new era of association with one of the finest, biggest and internationally acclaimed business group viz., the Shapoorji Pallonji.
In 2007, Mr. Rajde succeeded in creating an innovative and revolutionary platform that could integrate multiple services on a single platform - S-Commerce (Service – Commerce). Mr. Rajde started Suvidhaa Infoserve, India’s first and largest multi service retail organisation that aggregates and commoditises a wide array of G2C/B2C services and delivers them via franchised neighbourhood stores called ' Suvidhaa Point 'at the consumer’s doorstep. Today Mr. Rajde considered as a ' S-Commerce Visionary ' by successfully leading the brand ' Suvidhaa ' and making it one of the Success Story of Service Retail Industry.
Naresh Sharma ( VP - Information Technology )
Mr. Naresh has over 25 years of rich and varied experience in implementing various IT projects for end user companies; he has been in the IT strategy defining role of Pharma majors like Wockhardt, IPCA Laboratories Ltd. and Glenmark Pharmaceuticals and other major corporates like Mahindra & Mahindra . He has successfully implemented SAP at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, integrated 64 C&F agents and 7 factories at Wockhardt using Web technology. In his last assignment at Forbes Infotainment Ltd he was instrumental in rolling out 2000+ POS terminals for the online project. These terminals connect real time on a wireless network to the central servers and generate approximately ½ million transactions per day.
Alok Jha ( VP - Marketing & Business Development )
Alok Jha heads Marketing & Business Development at Suvidhaa. He has over 17 years of rich experience in various fields like Marketing, Sales, Strategic Planning, Retail Operation and Brand Management. He has been instrumental in establishing brands like My Shoppe, Daks, SavilleRow & Private Label Brand ' Campbell ' ( Forbes Gokak's ), Blow Plast, Enkay Telecom & Suvidhaa. He was also a Strategic Business Head with Mudra Communication.
Alok is acknowledged as a founder member who was instrumental in establishing brand Suvidhaa and created a distinct positioning in the market as the largest aggregator of services. As a serial entrepreneur in his early career stage, he pioneered & launched unique concept - My Shoppe Reward Program' a smart card based loyalty program for masses based on concept of rewarding consumers fro across the category purchases.
Alok has done Masters in Marketing ( MBA ) from JBIMS Mumbai. He has been invited for delivering talks on a variety of Mgmt. topics. He has been often Quoted/Interviewed/Profiled by Media.
His core strength lies in Marketing, Product Development, Alliances & Loyalty Programs. Out of the box thinking & strong execution skills are his forte. Nayan Bheda ( Vice President - Strategic Development )
Nayan Bheda heads New Initiatives at Suvidhaa. He has over 20 years of rich experience in various field like Telecom, Digital Signage & Emerging Technologies. He has been instrumental in establishing New Ventures & Startups including some international ventures in UK and Australia. Nayan is acknowledged as father of self-service kiosk after he introduced first self-services kiosks & Bill Payment TRX Machine in India thru his earlier venture, ESP Interactive Ltd. As a serial entrepreneur in his early career stage, he pioneered some of the firsts in the industries he worked. Nayan's foray into international venture was included in IIM case study on " Indian Entrepreneur Going International ".

He has also authored thought-provoking articles in Times of India & leading business magazines. Sundaresan Nandyal ( VP - Sales )
Sundar as he is commonly known, is a Graduate Engineer in Electronics and has a post graduate Diploma in Marketing Management. He has over 20 years of experience in Telecom, Durables, Medical Equipment and in Media & Entertainment space. His last assignment was as Director-Young Learners Academy Pvt. Ltd and Vice President Sales at Worldspace India, a subscription based satellite radio. His key responsibilities include looking after Sales and operations. He has earlier worked with Reliance Infocomm heading their PCO business in Karnataka, Zip Telecom, Usha International & Torrent Pharma. His versatility has earned him exposure to start ups and all the sales verticals across industries and thus has sound knowledge of sales and distribution. His stint in International business development at Zip has also exposed him to the growing African markets and international Telecom fora. He brings to the company his experience in start-ups and vast knowledge on selling concepts in a competitive environment.
Prashant Thakar ( AVP - Finance & Accounts )
Mr.Prashant Thakar is Associate Vice President ( Finance & Accounts ) at Suvidhaa . In addition to Finance, he is overall responsible for Company's Taxation, Financial Reporting, Investor Relations, Financing Strategy including Debt and Equity Raising, Corporate M&A, Risk Management and Compliance, Taxation Strategy and Planning, Legal and Coordination of Statutory and Management Reporting.
Mr. Prashant has over 13 years of rich experience with established corporate groups viz Asian Paints, Cobra PLC including innovative startups. Prior to the current assignment, Mr. Prashant Thakar was the Senior Manager ( Accounts & Finance ) with People Group ( Shaadi.com, Makaan.com, Mauj.com etc. ).Where he was responsible for managing accounting functions, analyzing financial information and preparation of financial reports and responsible for the leadership of all financial and selected administrative activities and his core function was Strategic Financial Planning, Financial Management, Accounts & Auditing, Taxation ,Operations, MIS.
Mr. Prashant Thakar has done his MBA with ( Finance ) from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata. He has also done Inter C. A. from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. His core strength lies in Finance & Futuristic Business Planning. Out of the box thinking, proactiveness & strong execution skills along with excellent negotiation power & administration management are his forte.
